The staff was cute and helpful. Amaal at reception stood out because she was professional. The hotel provided a birthday cake for my daughter, delivered to our room upon arrival! It was such a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is located outside the city on a hill. This location makes renting a car ESSENTIAL.

I adored the inviting private beach and the good lazy river. It seemed like a sweet dream. the breakfast was amazing!!! It offered various tasty choices. i found the staff helpful, and they surprised us with a celebratory cake and beautiful decorations in the room for our anniversary. the water coolers throughout the resort were a great idea.

Ordering food by the pool took a very long time. We waited 45 minutes for fries. the hotel is quite remote, so it lacks practicality. That's all, honey.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very professional. My room had a comfy bed and pillows! The hotel is near the ocean, and you can hear the waves from the room. The lazy river is a great amenity. It. They also offer water coolers around the resort, a very useful facility.

The hotel lacked some information on activities. I felt more information should be available!

the hotel had many restaurants. the asian one was the best choice i found. the view and atmosphere was good. it had a kids club, two swimming pools, a splash zone and also two slides.

the room was old and not good. the check in was late by one hour. the breakfast tasted very bad. they needs to improve the room quality and provide a punctual check in.
